1. Introduction & Scope
Effective date: October 23, 2026.
Core Nexus, Inc., an Indiana corporation ("Core Nexus," "we," "us" or "our"), makes and operates Quorvia and The Blind Bots (together, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to quorvia.com, theblindbots.com, app.quorvia.com, our web and mobile applications, the chatbot, visualizer and texting tools, our APIs, support and marketing.
Who this policy covers. Three groups: Retailers and Brands who hold accounts, and the Users who sign in under them ("Customers"); Shoppers who interact with a Retailer's chatbot, visualizer, estimate, agreement or payment link powered by the Services; and visitors to our websites. Capitalized terms have the meanings given in our Terms of Service.
Our role with Shopper information. When a Retailer enters or collects a Shopper's information through the Services, such as a name, phone number, address, room photo, measurements, quote or order, the Retailer decides why and how that information is used, and we process it on the Retailer's behalf under our Terms of Service. The Retailer's own privacy policy governs that information. If you are a Shopper, contact the Retailer you are working with about its practices; you can also reach us at Support@theblindbots.com and we will help or pass your request along.
Where we process information. We are based in the United States and process information there. If you use the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.
This policy replaces the earlier Privacy Policy for The Blind Bots. By using the Services, you agree to it.
2. Information We Collect
Information you give us.
- Account and business details: name, email address, phone number, business name and address, role, login credentials (passwords are stored hashed), and the Users you add, including installers.
- Billing details: plan, billing address and payment history. Card numbers go directly to our payment processor; we see only the card type, last four digits and expiration date.
- Customer Content: the customer records, measurements, room photos, quotes, orders, agreements, invoices, catalogs, price lists, messages and files you enter or upload, and the Renderings created for your Account.
- Brand-portal login credentials you give us so that we can enter orders in a Brand's portal at your request. They are stored encrypted, used only for that purpose and deleted on request.
- Communications: emails, chats, texts, support requests, survey answers, and recordings and notes of sales and support calls. We record those calls with notice at the start of the call.
- Brand information: catalogs, pricing, stock, dealer lists, invitation links and order confirmations.
Information Shoppers give a Retailer through the Services.
- Chatbot and live-chat conversations, including the Shopper's name, phone number and email when they share them.
- Room photos and window measurements used to produce Renderings.
- Quote, agreement, e-signature and payment details. Payments go to the Retailer's own payment provider; we receive the confirmation and amount, not the card number.
- Appointment and installation details.
Information we collect automatically.
- Device and usage data: IP address and the approximate location it implies, browser and device type, operating system, pages and features used, time spent, referring pages, clicks, and the dates and times of activity.
- Cookies and similar technologies (Section 5).
- Message delivery data from our email and text providers: delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, opted out.
- AI interaction logs: the chat text, prompts and images sent to the AI features and the responses and renderings returned, kept to run the feature, fix problems and prevent abuse.
Information from others.
- Payment processors (payment status), Brands (order confirmations and ship dates), accounting integrations you connect (such as QuickBooks), and public business directories.
- The system you are switching from, when you ask us to import your data.
Sensitive information. We do not ask for, and you should not upload or type into the chatbot, Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, health information or full payment-card numbers.
Information about other people. When you add Users to your Account or enter a Shopper's information, you confirm that you may share it with us and that you have given those people any notice your own privacy obligations require.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide the Services: run Accounts, generate Renderings and chatbot responses, build quotes, send estimates and agreements for signature, record deposits and invoices, route orders to Brands and enter orders in Brand portals at a Retailer's request, track warranties, schedule jobs, and run the email and text campaigns a Retailer sets up.
- Bill and manage Plans: process subscription payments, commission and Quorvia Prime orders, apply Prime Credit and perks, and handle failed payments.
- Support you: answer questions, troubleshoot, complete setup and data imports, and review recorded sales and support calls for quality and training.
- Communicate: send Account, security, billing and service notices, and, with your consent, newsletters, offers and texts. You can opt out of marketing at any time (Section 8).
- Improve and secure the Services: understand which features are used, fix bugs, test new features, prevent fraud, spam and abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.
- Comply with the law: keep tax and accounting records, respond to lawful requests, and protect rights and safety.
How we use AI. The Blind Bots uses artificial intelligence, including models from third-party AI providers, to generate Renderings and conversational responses. Room photos, measurements and chat text are sent to those providers only to produce the output you asked for. Under our agreements with these providers, they may use that data only to provide the service to us and not to train their own models.
We may use de-identified and aggregated data from the Services, for example which products are rendered most, how often quotes convert, or where a render went wrong, to improve our own AI features and the Services. De-identified data does not identify a Customer, User, Shopper or Brand, and we will not try to re-identify it. We do not use identifiable Customer Content, Shoppers' photos or customer lists to train AI models.
No automated decisions with legal effect. The Services do not make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects without human involvement. AI output is a sales and visualization aid that a Retailer or Shopper reviews before acting on it.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. Except for the advertising cookies on our marketing websites described in Section 5, which some state laws treat as "sharing" or a "sale" and which you can opt out of, we do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only in these ways:
- Within the order chain. A Retailer's order goes to the Brand that fills it (business contact, ship-to address and product details), and the Brand's confirmation, pricing and ship dates go back to the Retailer. A Retailer's estimate, agreement or payment link goes to the Shopper the Retailer sends it to.
- Service providers working for us. Companies that host the platform, process payments, deliver email and texts, run the AI models, and provide analytics, e-signature and support tools. They may use the information only to perform services for us and must protect it. Current providers include Stripe (payments), OpenAI (AI processing) and Resend (email delivery); a complete list of our service providers is available on request at Support@theblindbots.com.
- Integrations you connect. When you connect accounting software such as QuickBooks, a payment provider or another tool, we share the information needed for that connection under that provider's terms.
- At your direction. Exports you run, reports you share, and anything you ask us to send to someone.
- Legal and safety. To comply with the law, a subpoena or a court order; to enforce our Terms of Service; or to protect the rights, property or safety of Core Nexus, our Customers, Shoppers or the public.
- Business transfers. If Core Nexus is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction and remains subject to this policy.
- De-identified data. We may share aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably identify anyone, such as industry statistics.
Mobile phone numbers and texting opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes (Section 9).
5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies (pixels, local storage and software development kits) to keep you signed in, remember your settings, secure the Services, measure how our websites and apps are used and, on our marketing websites, understand the results of our advertising.
- Essential: sign-in, security, fraud prevention and load balancing. These cannot be turned off.
- Preferences: language, display and other settings you choose.
- Analytics: how pages and features are used, so we can improve them.
- Marketing: on quorvia.com and theblindbots.com only, to measure our advertising. We do not place marketing cookies inside the app or inside a Retailer's chatbot.
Your choices. Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies; blocking essential cookies may stop sign-in from working. Where we show a cookie banner, you can change your choices there. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out of targeted advertising where the law requires it. Our email and text providers record delivery, opens and clicks; you can stop marketing messages as described in Section 8.
Chatbot on Retailer websites. When a Retailer installs our chatbot or visualizer on its website, it sets only the cookies needed to keep the conversation going and to stop abuse. It does not track Shoppers across other websites.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy.
Shopper information lives in the Retailer's records. When a Retailer deletes a Shopper's record, or closes its Account, that information follows the schedule above. De-identified data may be kept indefinitely. We may keep information longer when the law requires it or to resolve a dispute.
7. Security
We protect information with safeguards that fit its sensitivity: encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, hashed passwords, logging and monitoring, security reviews of our vendors, regular backups, and confidentiality obligations for our staff. Payment-card data is handled by our PCI-compliant payment processors; full card numbers are never stored on our servers.
No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach that affects your information, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
You help keep your Account safe by using strong, unique passwords, giving logins only to people who need them, removing former staff and installers promptly, and telling us at Support@theblindbots.com about any suspected unauthorized use.
8. Your Rights & Choices
Marketing choices. Unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link in any email. To stop texts, reply STOP (or a similar request such as QUIT, END or UNSUBSCRIBE) to any text from us; we will stop all texts, and may send one message asking whether you also want to stop Account and security texts. Reply HELP for help. Account, security and billing notices continue by email while you have an Account.
Access, correction, export and deletion. Customers can view and update Account details, export customer records, quotes, orders and files, and delete records at any time in the app, or by emailing Support@theblindbots.com. You can also ask us to close your Account and delete your data; Section 6 describes what we keep afterwards and why.
Shoppers. If you are a Shopper, the Retailer you worked with controls your information. Contact that Retailer to access, correct or delete it. You may also email Support@theblindbots.com and we will help or forward your request to the Retailer.
State privacy rights. Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Indiana, Texas, Virginia and other states with consumer privacy laws), you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it; to access, correct or delete it; to receive a portable copy; to opt out of the sale of personal information, of sharing for targeted advertising and of certain profiling; not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights; and to appeal a decision on your request. We do not sell personal information. The only sharing for targeted advertising is the marketing cookies on our marketing websites described in Section 5, which you can opt out of there or through Global Privacy Control. Some of these laws apply only to businesses above certain size thresholds and treat business-to-business data differently; whether or not a particular law applies to us, we consider every request in good faith.
How to make a request. Email Support@theblindbots.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We will verify your identity, usually by confirming that you control the email address or phone number on file, and respond within 45 days (extendable once by another 45 days where the law allows). If we deny a request, we will explain why and how to appeal. You may use an authorized agent if we can verify the agent's authority.
Do Not Track. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as described above. Because there is no common standard for browser "Do Not Track" signals, we do not respond to them separately.
9. Text Messaging (SMS) Disclosures
What we send. Core Nexus sends two kinds of text messages: transactional and account messages (appointment reminders, order updates, security codes and support replies) and, only to people who have opted in by checkbox or web form, marketing messages about Quorvia, The Blind Bots and Quorvia Prime. Messages a Retailer sends to its Shoppers through the Services are sent by that Retailer, not by Core Nexus (see "Texts a Retailer sends" below).
Consent. By checking the opt-in box on one of our forms, you consent to receive automated marketing texts from Core Nexus at the number you provide. Transactional texts go to the number on your Account as part of the Services. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out and help. Reply STOP (or a similar request such as QUIT, END or UNSUBSCRIBE) to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts, other than a one-time question about whether you also want to stop account and security texts, or a message you later request. Reply HELP, or email Support@theblindbots.com, for help. To rejoin, opt in again.
No sharing of mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We share phone numbers only with the carriers and messaging providers needed to deliver the messages, and as required by law.
Texts a Retailer sends. When a Retailer texts a Shopper through the Services (the texting add-on or the chatbot), the Retailer is the sender and is responsible for the Shopper's consent and for honoring opt-outs. A STOP reply is honored automatically for that Retailer's messages.
10. Children's Privacy
The Services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email Support@theblindbots.com and we will delete it.
11. Third-Party Links & Services
Our websites, app and chatbot may link to or work with third-party sites and services, such as Brand websites and ordering portals, payment providers, e-signature and accounting tools, and social media. Their privacy policies, not this one, govern what they collect, and we encourage you to read them. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services.
When a Retailer installs our chatbot or visualizer on its own website, that website and the Retailer's privacy policy are the Retailer's responsibility.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify Customers by email or in the Services at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Earlier versions are available on request.
