Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Quorvia Trade portal. By signing in, or by accepting an invitation to a company account, you agree to them on behalf of the business you represent.

Who may use it

Quorvia Trade is for business use. Accounts are created by invitation into a company account, or by a retailer registering their own. You are responsible for keeping your credentials private and for what the people you invite do with the access you give them.

Your data stays yours

The quotes, orders, appointments, and customer records you enter belong to your business. We store and process them to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to enter the personal data of your own customers, and for how you use it.

Connected calendars

Connecting a Google Calendar is optional and can be undone at any time. While connected, Quorvia Trade writes the events described in the Privacy Policy into that calendar. Calendar delivery depends on Google and is not guaranteed; the schedule inside Quorvia Trade remains the record of what was booked.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access another company account’s data.
• Do not probe, scrape, or overload the service, or work around its access controls.
• Do not use it to store data unrelated to the business it was given to you for.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not warrant uninterrupted operation, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Prices, totals, and order states shown in the portal are calculated by us in good faith; confirm anything you rely on commercially before acting on it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend an account that is being used in breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time; email rui.wang@theblindbots.com to close an account and have its data removed.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
